Return Window
Customers may request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving their order.
Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed less any applicable shipping charges.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Delivery Information (For Transparency)

Free delivery is available within Lagos for orders above ₦100,000 (bulky items may attract additional charges).

Orders below ₦100,000 incur delivery fees based on location within Lagos.

Orders outside Lagos are charged based on the destination state.

Orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped the same day or next business day, depending on location.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional return cost.
